Finally managed to review my investment return for Finally managed to review my investment return for 2020 and I'm quite pleased with the results, given how bad it was going at the beginning of the year when covid hit the world. Things have since picked up again, and returns have been improving since, with December 16.66%.

This may not be the highest return you see around, but I don't invest 100% in shares, but in a mixture of shares, bonds and commodities, to reduce the risk associated with shares.

I use @moneyfarm and they set up and manage a portfolio for me, that they review periodically based on my risk level or changes in the market.

If you're interested in opening a S&S ISA with them to make the most of the 2020/2021 allowance, you can use my code MF183260 (#aff) to get £5000 worth of investment managed free of charge for 6 months.

I definitely didn't start with £5k so don't worry, but that's the max you can get managed for free, which I find it's a great help at the beginning.

January goals A bit late to post but I have January goals

A bit late to post but I have been working on these already, I just couldn't be bothered with creating the Instagram post. #lazylife

So, savings reshuffle is officially over so we're back with reasonable monthly overpayments 😅 So I'd like to save £500... it all depends on how many takeaways we buy, so we'll see!

I defo want to start blogging again, 2020 killed my motivation but I don't want to give it up, so I want to get back into it... 1 blog post this month should be a reasonable goal.

My contract is up for renewal in January and I need to shop around. I know it's super important to do it but I honestly dislike the whole process, so by writing it down I hope I will actually do it.

Ok last goal is a bit of a long shot... in December I made £930 revenue but I don't know if that was the start of a serious growth or just a lucky month. I'll do my best to reach it working on marketing my products on Pinterest and improving my Etsy shop, but I am also aware it is a bit out of my control...

Fingers crossed!

🌟Motivation Monday🌟 This hit me so mu 🌟Motivation Monday🌟

This hit me so much today, seeing so many people treating themselves with new things or booking holidays. I have to be my own person and do what's best for me, which means a no spend month or two...
